Artistic ceremony to pay tribute to Commander Ernesto Che Guevara and his Guerrilla Warfare in Villa Clara

The National Central Act for the 57 anniversary of the attack to Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Cespedes barracks will be held on Monday July 26 at 7:30 am at Commander Ernesto Che Guevara Square in Santa Clara. President of the Councils of State and Ministers will preside over the commemoration.

More than 100 000 residents from Villa Clara, representing the people of this province, which is the venue of the commemoration, this important place is completely organized and decorated for the event with Cuban and July 26 flags, large fences on both sides with revolutionary slogans.

The act will be attended by the participants to attack as well as members of the Granma yatch’s expedition, combatants of the Revolution and Pastors for Peace, who visit our nation.

It will be a new appointment with history, which will be confirmed confidence in the Cuban Revolution and its historical leaders, and a day of affirmation and commitment to the process begun on January 1, 1959.

The day before, in each Committee for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR) of the province there was a volunteer day to decorate streets and communities, where last night it was hoped the advent of the date, a sign of immense joy and atmosphere of popular patriotic spirit in the province.
