Fidel Castro Agrees to Give Venezuelan Journalists an Interview Print E-mail

The Leader of the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro agreed on Sunday to give Venezuelasn journalists Vanessa Davis, Andres Izarra, Walter Martínez and Mario Silva an interview.

During the interview, some issues were discussed such us, war threat against Iran, nuclear danger, the role of the powerful nations, the plight between Venezuela and Colombia, environment challenges, lessons of History, struggle between thoughts and a new world to be built.

It was also addressed the subject of the Cuban five antiterrorists incarcerated in the United States since 1998 for warming their country against US attempts of violent actions, among others.

According to Cubadebate web site, the interview will be simultaneously broadcast today at 6:00 pm (local hour) at the special round table, Cubavision and Cubavision channels, as well as, Radio Rebelde and Radio Habana Cuba stations.

The interview can also be watched at 5:00 (Venezuela hour) on Venezolana de Television and Telesur channels.
