Dalexis Gonzalez, a telecommunication engineer explained in a documentary broadcast on March 7th on the Cuban television the new forms of the subversive policy against Cuba covered up by institutions and legal foundations aimed at creating illegal networks on the island under cover as wireless connections. Dalexis, Raul - as a Cuban State Security agent- or Alejandro –as the specialist they had gotten in touch with - disclosed the covert way in which satellite antennas were introduced in Cuba, as well some other ways that can be used to cover up activities of espionage and to distort the media information and provide specialized services with information encrypted from point to point.
Robert Guerra, founder of Privaterra organization and an expert on methods of concealment, coding and encryption of messages, was the one who got in contact with the young man.
The documentary, as part of the series: “the Reasons of Cuba”, showed images of CIA and the SINA agents during covered up and destabilizing operations in all the national territory, as well as of officials of the U.S. Interests Section Office in Havana in contact with counterrevolutionaries from Miami in the Cuban capital.
Josefina Vidal, a Ministry of Foreign Affairs official, explained that the U.S. has adjusted its subversive policy with political overtones of alleged of legality and legitimacy. The
Congress supports funding for these purposes for private organizations such as the Foundation for Democracy.
“Cuba has the right to regulate its communications as it deems appropriate,” expressed a specialist from the Ministry of Computing and Communications in the documentary.
United States – through its dirty and subversive war against Cuba- has increased its actions, but our country is making progress in its noble task of promoting the use of communication technologies on the part of all citizens, and not even the amount of 20 millions approved by the White House, nor the programs by the Democratic Foundation, or SINA, will prevent Cubans ‘firmness and the full capacity for defending their revolution and Democracy’.
