In an evident selection plot according its political profiles, the social network Facebook recently excluded Cuban journalist Manuel David Orrio from its users list.
Those who try to contact this journalist, receive the following Facebook message “This content is not currently available,” in a seeming action to silence Orrio’s opinions.
The attacks and omissions in the social networks against Cuban journalists and media started some weeks ago when the Cubadebate channel was closed in You Tube, an action also applied by Facebook, while in that same network it has cloned the identity of several journalists of the island in an attempt to manipulate and to lie in their name.
These actions are part of the cyber war against Cuba, with the deliberate purpose of silencing the truths that the Cuban media and its journalists develop against the U.S government plans.
