Radio Rebelde, Radio Havana Cuba , Radio Cadena Havana and the Havana’s Provincial Radio, broadcast the military parade held in the historical Revolution Square, with a 21-gun salute to celebrate the historical date.

The great display salutes the 50th anniversary of the Proclamation of the Socialist Character of the revolution and Military Victory of Playa Giron.

From the earliest hours the radio and television broadcast today’s military parade which started with the participation of the Hero of the Republic of Cuba and Army General Alvaro Lopez Niera and Major General and Chief of Troops Onelio Aguilera Bermudez.
