The combat equipment group –ready to fight against any enemy aggression –and the Special Forces group led by their head and general staff in the front in command vehicles, have marched in the morning of April 16th, when Cuba is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the overwhelming victory over the Bay of Pigs invasion.

During the military and popular parade also rolled the WAZ 469 rural cars for transportation of troops and Beredem armored cars, which are ready to accomplish missions under hard conditions of combat, like those which fought under fire in April, 1961.

The group of armored equipment of the infantry, armored cars with 73 mm cannon and antitank missiles, which have been modernized by the comprehensive military industry, also paraded today with stronger conviction, celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Socialist Character of the Revolution.

In the historic Revolution Square also paraded BM 21 multiple rocket launchers, 122-mm self-propelled cannons, the self-propelled 122 mm howitzers, OSA-KM fighting machines, which are ready to fight the enemy in the air in any weather conditions by day or night.

The group of our revolutionary air force with MiG-21 and 23 combat jets, which protect our sky at all times, marched at the end of the military block.
