With the presence of the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, the unbeaten Commander in Chief Fidel Castro, the closing ceremony started of the 6th Congress of the Cuban Communist Party was held at Havana’s Convention Center, that for three days of intense debates has approved the new Draft- Guidelines for the Economical Policy of the nation.

There was a great and warm welcome among the delegates for the presence of Fidel in the plenary hall, where, where a thousand delegates, representing 800,000 members of the political organization are attend the last session of the great meeting of the Cuban communists.
