Meanwhile the Spanish search engine with a great access in the world, Google, indexed overnight more than 8,560,000 results on internet web sites with information about the events of the Sixth Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba.
Cuban Radio stations web sites with a greatest impact on Google and Yahoo until 10:00 pm on April 19 were Radio Rebelde, Radio Florida, Radio Santa Cruz, Radio Reloj, Radio Angulo, Radio Baraguá, Cuban Radio, Radio Morón, Radio CMHW, Radio Guama, Radio Cadena Agramonte and Radio Cadena Habana.
www.cubainformacion.tv –a web site that provides a way to deal with the media blockade on the network- broadcast the event of the Cuban communists with direct links to the Cuban television signal and the Radio Rebelde station’s audio. The web site included headlines related to the topic of the Sixth Congress such as: China praises economic reform plans in Cuba, First thing to be changed is the mentality, Young people must prepared to lead the Cuban revolution.
For its part, Radio del Sur broadcast the news reports written by the Cuban newspaper Juventud Rebelde during the closing session of the Sixth Party Congress, and highlighted the Venezuelan President Hugo Rafael Chavez’s words, in which he stressed the road shared by Cuba and Venezuela in their fight in favor of freedom and that the only possible option for our people is socialism.
Radio and television press worldwide, international agencies such as EFE (Spanish News Agency), ANSA from Italy, Bolivarian News Agency; Spanish newspapers like “El Mundo”, “El Pais”, “Mercurio”, “Excelsior”, “El Nuevo Diario”, “Clarín”, and “La juventud de Urugay” referred to the significance of the Sixth Congress of the Communist Party.
