Therefore, some days ago in Geneva, The Human Rights Council of the United Nations Organization(ONU) elected Cuba as its vice president. Cuba will represent Latin America and the Carribean, as member of the Directorate Table of the Council until June, 2011.

The statement of the Cuban embassy in Geneva reported that this election constitutes an outright response of the internacional community to the anti Cuban media campaing.

After the new 48-hour diplomatic sucess of Cuba in the headquarter of the Human Rights, Caracas goverment was significantly recognized by the ONU high ranking goverment officials. As well as general Assembly president, Ali Abdussalan Treki who expressed that, concerning to the objectives of the milenium his goverment its a paradigm for the other nations.

Cuba and Venezuela have been acussed in Wasshington, both nations have been the center of these sharp campaings, but their struggle for the democracy ands the human rights continue.

In order to fllow up on the same recognitions in the highest and ssignificant the United Nations spheres, Cuba and Venezuela represents a convincing alliance for the international community.
