Dear combatantsfighters for the health of people born with diminishedimpaired capacity:

This demonstrates that the human being beyond theirhis instincts to can become a symbol of generosity and virtuegoodness.

Nobody could explain your tireless battle, in the face of extreme struggle otherwise, facing the heat, rain and hazards; through forestswoods and swamps; and defying the cold and snows of steep mountains, to help those people who could not do without you, as today you can not do without them.
