After carrying out an agenda scheduled for four days, Guinea Bissau’s President Malam Bacai Sanhá finished his official visit in Cuba, which helped to strengthen bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two nations.
During his stay in the island –his first visit as a head of state- the African president held talks with his Cuban counterpart Raul Castro.
Malam Bacai and Raul Castro agreed to term satisfactory the bilateral relationships, and they addressed issues of international current situation.
Reportedly, the African head of state affirmed that he could see those days, Cuba’s advances, despite of difficulties; and how the country continues to providing collaboration with many countries of the world, including Guinea Bissau.
