Taking into account the information received on the forecasts of the characteristics and future path of Hurricane Paul from the Centre of the Institute of Meteorology, it was decided to establish the Information Phase in the province of Pinar del Rio and the special municipality of the Isle of Youth after 6 pm yesterday.
