A supportive embrace from Ecuadorian people accompanies the highest recognition of the National Assembly of the Republic of Ecuador Gen Eloy Alfaro granted to Fidel Castro and presented by president Fernando Cordero  to first vice- president of the Council of State and Ministers  of Cuba, Jose Ramon Machado Ventura.

Cuevas said that this recognition to the leader of the Cuban Revolution gain understanding of, most of the events in Latin America could hardly be conceived without Fidel many things that happen in America could not be told without Fidel Castro.

Alarcón also thanked his counterpart the recognition on behalf of the Commander in Chief and always reiterated the commitment of the Ecuadorian people.
