The call was made by the main parties making up the Left Front, which includes the Communist Party of India (Marxist), the Communist Party of India (PCI), the Pan Indian Vanguard Bloc (AIFB) and the Socialist Revolutionary Party (RSP), according to the prestigious newspaper The Hindu, which reaches the entire Asian country.
These protests are aimed at denouncing that the United States, as part of is global hegemonic plans, carries out policies against the national sovereignty and the interests of the peoples in different countries, highlights the communique issued and signed by the top left leaders.
Likewise, it also denounces that Washington aggressively pressures the government of New Delhi so it adopts economic policies that are against the people, under the disguise of a strategic alliance.
Obama, who will visit India from November 6th through the 12th, will have to face the national demands of the country’s left, among them that of putting an end to the blockade against Cuba, as well as stopping all kind of assistance to Israel until it abandons the occupied Arab and Palestinian territories.

This leader was in charge of explaining in a convincing way the vote of India in favor of the recent resolution presented by Cuba at the UN General Assembly.
He said that India joins the large number of nations demanding the immediate lifting of the US blockade against Cuba.
