Radio Encyclopedia, the first station that began broadcasting in Cuba on Frequency Modulation (FM), is celebrating its 50th anniversary today. This station has a cultural profile and broadcasts classic music for all tastes. Under the slogan: "For every moment of life" Radio Enciclopedia has become a station of preference of the Cuban radio since it was created on November 7, 1962.

The 34th edition of the Latin American Film Festival in Havana will be dedicated to the young people and honor the centenary of cinema in Puerto Rico. More than 500 works from 46 countries will be presented at this International meeting.
Reportedly, the Latin American Film Festival will welcome a large number of young Cuban filmmakers, whose creative talent has rejuvenated the national cinema.
Cuban painter Ileana Sanchez returned to this city satisfied with the repercussion of her first exhibition of fine arts in Madrid, Spain.
The exhibition, at the Begoña Malone Gallery, will be opened to the public until the end of the month, preceded only by painter Wifredo Lam and photographer Carlos Abad, in terms of Cuban artists.
