When noting that a significant reform of the current international order is an imperative to move forward and confront HIV/AIDS in the most affected countries, the Minister reiterated: “Cuba renews the political commitment and its contribution to speed up the global, regional and country response with high responsibility. Only integration, international solidarity and cooperation are able to achieve sustainable responses and face the common challenges of a globalized, unequal and non-inclusive world that threatens us all”.
