Gail Walker Conveys Pastors for Peace’s Solidarity with Cuba

‘This project is not only my father’s or mine, this project belongs to a community and it participates in any part of the United States, Mexico, Central America, Europe and the world,’ she said.

‘There are 41 people in this caravan that on next Monday will arrive in Cuba with medicines and this time we are making a greater effort in informing people about the negative effects of the blockade against Cuba,’ she said. ‘Some of these people have participated in all caravans, for example, I have traveled with the caravan 20 times,’ Gail Walker said.

Gail Walker has visited the central province of Sancti Spiritus in previous travels, and intends to do so again this time, when the province will be hosting the national event for the 63th Anniversary of the attack against the Moncada and the Carlos Manuel de Cespedes barracks.

‘The idea of returning to Sancti Spiritus fills me with joy because it is a very special place and now even more, due to this important event,’ Gail Walker said.
