The minister confirmed the call for the 17th edition of the event, which, due to the epidemiological situation that has been affecting the world for several months, will be held for the first time in the virtual modality, in February 1-5, 2021.
The Congress will focus on specific topics, such as education in citizen values, international cooperation and culture of peace in Cuban, Latin American and world educational work.
There will also be an analysis of Latin American and global educational thought, along with the influence of teachers’ unions and associations on the sustainability of education systems.
