Cuba’s borders will be gradually opened beginning November 15

According to a note from the Ministry of Tourism sent to Granma’s editorial offices, health and hygiene protocols will be more flexible for arriving travelers, with the focus on surveillance of symptomatic visitors and body temperature monitoring.

In addition, diagnostic tests will be performed randomly, while no negative PCR will be required of arriving visitors and vaccination certificates will be recognized.

The domestic tourist market will also be opened gradually, in accordance with epidemiological indicators in each territory.
