They also agreed to stress the significance of the signing og the agreement between the Colombian government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC-EP), and the need to continue contributing to the final peace agreement in Colombia.
Raúl Castro reiterated Cuba’s unconditional support to President Nicolás Maduro, the Bolivarian government and the people’s civilian-military unity. President Maduro’s wife Cilia Flores and Foreign Minister Delcy Rodríguez also participated in the meeting.
