During the productive meeting held in the Party Provincial Committee headquarters in Villa Clara, Díaz-Canel also learned about the characteristics of the app which has been designed to make the documents more easily available to the Cuban people, in particular youth.
Dr. Yanet Rodríguez Sarabia, deacon of the institution explained that, as well as containing the texts, the app also includes other features, such as videos and audio-slides, which will facilitate debates and provide useful information on issues such as the Foreign Investment Law, Labor Code, Constitution of the Republic and Tax Law.
Computer Sciences student and one of the developers of the app, David Rodríguez Mollineda, explained that users can share their opinions on texts that interest them on social networks.
He reported that as of Monday, June 20, cell phone users will be able to access the app via android.uclv.edu.cu, the Youth Computing Club website as well as national press outlets.
