Pino made emphasis in the good state of health of the Cuban athletes, who are being tested in the lab and the playground, together with other tests, with supervision of the hygiene, nutrition and epidemiology aspects, using 21 national and foreign products.
On the contracts to Cuban athletes abroad, Cuban Handball Commissioner Andres Hurtado stated that another seven players, will travel to Spain (two women) and Portugal (five men) as part of the program the Cuban Sports Institute (INDER) has scheduled.
Hurtado recalled that since November last year, five Cuban male athletes play in the main Portuguese league, now accumulating 12 league matches and four of the Champions League, a fact, that is for the quality of our sport.
