Attending the event are delegations from Panama, Chile, Bolivia, Mexico, El Salvador, Angola, Equatorial Guinea, Venezuela, Guatemala, Italy, Uruguay, Haiti, the United States, Paraguay, Ecuador and Cuba.
The event will continue through July 14, under the banner of “From the womb to the future,” focusing on cultural diversity and integral development to strengthen early childhood education programs.
