Pedagogy 2015 to teach learning

“Pedagogy 2015 will be a space for sharing evaluative new educational practices where the school figure and should remain most important cultural center of the community,” the Deputy Minister.

The event’s main international sponsors UNESCO, UNICEF, the Organization of American education (OEI) among other state has as main aims of promoting discussion and feedback among the more than 3,000 participants to the meeting .

Meanwhile Dr. Eva Escalona Serrano, Director of Science and Technology, also Chair of Pedagogy 2015 Congress Scientific Committee, said the meetings include special lectures, symposia, forums and several courses of different topics of international interest.

“The formation of values and citizenship education; The school, the teacher and professional performance; The duration of the process of teaching and learning; The Latin American educational thought; are some of the topics to be discussed at the event, “explained Eva Escalona.

“With the aim to nurture related to the world of information technology in the educational sector in some countries of the world experiences, the program also includes lectures related to computers and different ways of using computers to teach students” said Ivan Barreto, director of Computer Education MINED.

Pedagogy 2015 will also coincide with the XX Congress of the Confederation of American Educators (CEA) to be held on 27 and 28 also at the Havana´s Covention Center, where they will attend union leaders and teachers from countries like Mexico, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Canada, Spain, with the aim of contributing to world unity of the education.
