Cuba to table draft resolutions at Human Rights Council sessions

This meeting was resumed in Geneva, under special protective measures after it was suspended in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the Cubaminrex website.

From June 15 to Friday 19, delegations will resume the debates on the Council’s agenda and will adopt resolutions concerning different human rights issues.

The United Nations Human Rights Council is a body created on March 15, 2006 by a vote of the United Nations General Assembly, chaired by Vojislav Suc and composed of 47 states.
