Pablo Milanés wins Latin Grammy Award

During the ceremony, held Wednesday 18, in Las Vegas, the United States, the legendary Cuban trova musician, author of 40 albums and memorable songs such as “Yolanda” and “El Bre­ve espacio en que  no estás,” received the accolade along with other outstanding musicians from the Latin American scene: Spaniards Ana Belén and Víctor Ma­nuel, El Gran Combo from Puerto Rico, Ángela Carrasco from the Dominican Republic, Brazilian Djavan, Argentine saxophonist Gato Bar­bie­ri, Chilean producer Hum­berto Ga­tica, and Venezuelan composer Che­lique Sa­rabi.(Granma)
