The text that was presented to the plenary contained important modifications of the articles that make up the current Constitution, maintaining, as informed previously, the main percepts of our socialist system.
The project that would be approved by the deputies, after an analysis at the National Assembly of the People’s Power to meet next July 21 st, will be submitted to consultation among the population and later to a referendum.
Ending the plenary, the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party highlighted the political significance and importance of the process to the constitutional reform underway.
