Radio Havana Cuba presents an exclusive statement from Dr. Alfredo Moràn, the head of the Cuban medical brigade that arrived earlier this week on the Caribbean archipelago of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Composed of nine doctors and 10 nurses, the brigade is part of the Henry Reeve International Contingent of Doctors Specialized in Disaster Situations and Serious Epidemics.
