Cuban Science celebrates its day with significant contributions

Ulises Guilarte de Nacimiento, secretary general of the CTC, made a special greeting to the men and women of thought, researchers, scientists, innovators and technologists in the western province of Pinar del Río by sustained results in this field.

In the message to workers and groups for their achievements in economic and social impact and the creators of goods and services for export and import substitution it stands.

For his part, Dr. Roberto Morales Ojeda, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC).

and Minister of Health (Public Health Ministry), sent a congratulatory bouquet workers on the occasion of Friday the Cuban Science Day.

In the letter, also on behalf of the Union industry, the holder recalled the historic speech by President Fidel Castro 56 years ago, in which he said the future of the country would necessarily be a future of men of science .

Morales Ojeda acknowledged the effort, dedication and creativity of scientists, technologists, academics, specialists and workers in the Cuba and other countries are driving the development of public health.

With more than three thousand, the public health sector is the largest number of researchers across the island, and also concentrates 798 PhDs.

Also, the sports movement sent a greeting to all workers CITMA.

The letter states that the occasion becomes excellent time to reiterate the purpose of multiplying the approach of the National Institute of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation (INDER), an advanced scientific work to increase results from collective intelligence.
